Why would CLF's do massive buying at $.165 when they could have filled their boots a week ago at $.12? If they are buying today it is discounted KWG. Maybe they sold millions of SPQ today for 4 cents profit knowing this was coming. Anyone really think they are not capable of this? Business is business, love is BS.
