Since Cliffs has made an offer for 0.165/share, I expect the price to increase to 0.165. I would think though that the price would go higher than this just because of speculation.

If there is no speculation then I would expect that Cliffs will get SPQ & KWG at some marginal price to what its worth. I expect that it will turn out just like FWR, but with less of a gain.

The only way to get Cliffs to up the ante is for people to buy, buy, buy. I'm guessing that it may be a bit too late as I expect that with this low balled offer, it willl just be assumed that the price can't go higher.

As you can see I am a bit of a neophyte about this, but I sure would like your input on this.
