With the excersise of so many options and or warrants and plenty of cash on hand. Why no news of some drilling? Are we simply going to turn over our cash in the take over. Why aren't we using a little of this to improve our situation.

A news release stating that Spider and KWG were moving ahead to define the depth of this deposit and to verify the presence of Nickel would move many shareholders towards the Merger.

Could Neil and Frank be convinced to make such a decision?

There is a real need here to think on our feet. Use every bit of leverage we can get.

Please share your views on this. I can't see how leaving 5 or 10 million dollars behind for the winner of this one sided crap shoot is going to favor us one bit.
