There are several here who had received cliffs shares. for some that sold early it was a good deal for those that held to the 75.it was a better deal. I wont be afraid to accept Clifs shares in exchange as long as it is valued according to what my exit price is... They got my FWR for a buck I see no reason to keep them too long after spq/kwg reach the buck. (unless something material occurs in the meantime).

Whats the next move? Neil had to get the message out to KWG today.. Kwg also released today confirmation of the agreement?? they must have known about Clifs offer by then. Why release? What do they have to offer SPQ because cash is not in the picture? Mmmm What would the value of .25% nsr be worth (we are about to find out in the valuation...would it be a couple cents a share? What would DD distribution be worth would they list at .10c, what would Canada chrome be worth? What would happen with dilution say 1.35 shares per SPQ..

All is not lost and the battle is far from over. there are lots of barganning chips left. I dont think we are ALL IN yet..
