Why would Cliff's let KWG trade at any value that keeps the deal going for them? Even if the evaluation is at .15. They will just sell into the bid unit there are no buyers left. Drive the price down & buy them back as the flood of people try to get out of KWG.Then announce that they will keep KWG as a partner to handle the railroad.At least for a while?
