I am quite thankful that it appears that a lot of retail investors hold equal numbers of KWG and SPQ stock (as I do). For people in that position, it makes sense to hold out for what is in the best interests of both companies, rather than to foolishly take the money and run on one company, at the expense of the other.

I look forward to the KWG and SPQ responses to this latest tactic.
