I would guess so. The last NR is issued by KWG ("...Mr. Bruce Hodgman of KWG reports..."), the"re is no News at this time coming from SPQ. Still pending. And all will agree that this NR obviously did not justify a Halt! Perhaps KWG speed-released it to clear-up the rumours, and stabilize the movement on the SP.

The appointed Comity have maybe their report ready, or that Spider has received an amended offer from Cliffs.

I expect a NR sooner or later stating important facts that could have implication on the share price, (which may also include a paragraph refering to the amalgamation process confirmed earlier today by the KWG NR).

Just speculation: "The Comity unanimously is of the opinion that the Offer filed by Cliffs is clearly insufficient, and does not reflect the true value of Spider, etc... + ...we recommend that the Amalgamation process be completed by KWG/SPQ, in the best interest of shareholders...etc...
