My fealings are that Cliffs is behind this in some form or other.

Why would a new bidder just want spq with 27%. and be 2nd fidle.

a new bidder needs both spq and kwg to hamper cliffs.

Hope we hear soon though because i am getting anxious.

The selling at KWG sems to be curtailled and price comming back up
