Will the jostling intensify next week as we approach June 21st

From NR dated June 10th:

"Pursuant to the Company's Shareholder Rights Plan, the directors of the Company have resolved to extend the Separation Time (as it is defined in the Shareholder Rights Plan) to June 21, 2010."

First separation date was set for June 11th; Second date was advanced to June 21st due to the retention of TD securities to provide financial services including an evaluation of the proposed merger between SPQ and KWG. So I am of the mind set that next week we start to see some action (probably closer to the end of the week) with respect to enhanced offers made by 7557558, secret agent to cliffs. Or do we see yet another extention to the separation date as all interested parties talk do what they can to prevent triggering the SRP. (in Cliff best interest to not have this happen.)

Last weeks action was very slow and non eventful. Next week I dare say that we will see more sparks fly as the jostling back and forth intensifies as we approach the June 21st deadline.
