Important points:

1) Neil Novak and the BOD are doing their due diligence. Evidence = this morning's news release. They are getting advice from a number of sources including the TD Bank.

2) The circular and proxies for the upcoming Special General Meeting (July 8, 2010) are being readied at this time.

3) The circular and proxies will be sent out to investors next week (hopefully). They will come from either the transfer agent or your broker.

4) It's very important that if you don't see your material 48 hours before the SGM, that you contact your broker. If you feel uncomfortable even before that time, give Laurel Hill a call (1-877-304-0211), and they will help you. Remember, these folks can't advise you on your investment; they will only help you with the upcoming SGM.

Please keep up the intelligent discussion on the SPQ Agoracom board. I think everyone realizes now the reason there are so many posts here is that posters can ask questions, give opinions (within reason), and get answers without getting hammered.

Finally, some time ago, posters realized that Spider Resources was a lynch pin in the future development of the Ring of Fire: geographically and strategically positioned. As we have recently witnessed, this is truly the case, and there is now a reasonable possibility of generating wealth for the investor.
