The gloves are off.

Novak & Co. are getting advice on two fronts: the proposed merger and the bid by Cliffs. Not sitting back and twiddling thumbs, no siree-bob. Lots of $$$ available for those investors who are patient.

I've got a call into Laurel Hill asking about a mail-out to investors prior to the July 8th Special General Meeting.
