MVH: Does anyone reading this board actually believe that one valuation by one group will give an accurate value of KWG's worth?

#1: As you have mentioned, Max, this is only one yardstick.

#2: IMO to get a true valuation KWG should hire another company to do a valuation and the two results should be compared.

#3: Before SPQ even considers the KWG valuation with respect to their value, they, SPQ should have a valuation done, by another company. (I know it costs but this is CANADA's future).

#4: If there is only one valuation being done, I would be much happier if all three companies - SPQ/KWG/Cliff were sharing in the cost of the evaluation.
