Disguise!... as many traders rather than one bailing...it's similar to an ICEBERG offer...Their assumption (CLF) is that we as a group, would disregard one person bailing out of a 25,000 share position, but CLF also thinks that we will turn into lemmings if we think a herd forming. but we know better... information is power.
