Cliff just fired one accross the bows! They are rethinking the offer to KWG and may withdraw it to concentrate on SPQ!!!!bullshi!!! KWG and SPQ have a BINDING letter not a dundeal but a binding letter. look for Cliffs next move to be an increase in the offer for SPQ alone just to shake up KWG. We must in order to maximize the investment return sell both in a package.
