If an increased offer for spq comes in to intice shareholders to switch to Cliffs it means that as a unified front of 53% majority of Big Daddy (and don't forget there is more land to explore) will be the control of the best resource discovered so far. Cliffs will have lost control and SPQ/KWG will have it. Cliffs will have competition. Cliffs don't want competition. Cliffs must pay to have full control and pay they will, THIS TIME!!!
