Without the "Merger" the two companies need crutches to succeed. Together they can walk on their own. Simple as the analogy. Just ask any one who's lost one what they'd give to have a good healthy leg back. We can drive ourselves crazy arguing it is better for one than the other etc. etc.. I'm yet to hear a solid argument against this proposal. If anything KWG would be the stronger of the two if left to fend for themselves. Spider has no NSR or RR-ROW to fall back on. I'll take the Insurance policy as I stated earlier.
