I had a rather lengthy discussion with Chris Meraw at KWG yesterday. As we all know this merger vote is vital to our plans going forward and we must vote. A couple of things I didn't realize, however, are that once we form the new merged company and Cannacord Genuity start to shop us around they will be getting paid by how much they actually sell us for. In other words, the more we get, the more they get. We all have a vested interest in getting as much as possible for our new company! Also, the KWG 3rd party evaluation will be out between June 10th and June 17th. Hopefully, this will also affect the share price of SPQ and KWG in a positive way.
