I was asked by way of PM if I was on side or not and if not why. I was also asked whether I would be prepared to respond on the board so apologies to those that do not care, but here it is. Yes I am on side fully, however my simple strategy was to sell out 75% of SPQ at $.125 and take the proceeds X2 and buy cliffs. That way I am sure to participate in and benefit from what will eventually become their asset. Believing the long term value may not be realized in SPQ alone in the buyout, acquing more cliffs ensures future involvement one way or another. My only point to the Private message was that everyone seems to hate the buyout idea at a "steal" so if that's truly believed the stratey is owning the asset through another avenue.
