I agree in principle...long term, but I have decided to wait. My assumption is that CLF's SP will go down after the deal is made...this deal will not come across as rosie as FWR to CLF shareholders, (bragging of a lowball steal) especially that the longer we hold out the higher the price they will pay...less cash on the books, with an asset that yes, is valuable in the long-term, but costly in the short term... many hundreds of millions to be spent before any of those assets show net profit...there will be other times to buy CLF at a more reasonable SP.
