My suggestion: Hold onto your shares in both SPQ and KWG (buy more at as low a price as you can get - .125 cents is a possibility) before the cut off date of June 04 - that's Friday. Any shares bought and held up 'til, and on June 4th are votable shares. Lets make this merger happen.

After the special meeting for the merger is the time to make an exit strategy.

Of course there is the possibility of an increased offer from either Cliffs or another interested party before the merger date at which time you would have to decide if the offer was right for you. But let's not sell ourselves cheap.

A good idea is to map out different strategies - and wait!

My hope is at least $1.00 per sh. That may seem unrealistic to many but aim high, think big, dream in technicolor; this time our dreams may come true.
