I have had several PMs in the last 2 days asking where each of these is going and which one is the better bet. I will answer the question here and save everyone a bit of time checking personal mail.
I see an eventual offer of .28. It could be as low as .25, and I hope it is a lot higher, but that is where I am calling it today. This could all change in a flash, and for sure I will reanalyse my thinking as it goes above the .20 mark, but until then it is pie in the sky above that figure.
The second question is whether to buy KWG or SPQ. The logical answer is that the amalgamation will likely go thru. If it does one will recieve 1.27 shares of the new KWG for each SPQ share. Since they are trading at par today, it naturally follows that buying SPQ is the better bet. If it does not go thru, then they are still at par.
Best regards
K
