But on your last point, I hate to say it, but for people who bought shares at 5 cents a few months ago, if the SP gets to 18 and they want funds for personal reasons, and they don't see a strong hope of the price going higher, then that price WILL be a "great deal" for them.

On point four, I would expect that we might be able to see the full 43-101 details within three weeks. If it was signed on April 30th, and full results are to be released within 45 days, that puts us to mid-June. Lots of time between then and July 8th to discuss the contents, thankfully.
