Actually, Kev, you are laying my secret math solutions bare to the world.

Fwr was actually at .25, and ran up to .30 as news of the NOT offer slipped out. Also the actual final price in CLF shares was more like .90. That is how I came up with my estimate of a buyout at .28-.30.
