CLF has all but committed to the permits & construction of the railroad and meeting all stakeholders expectations. This accesses the heavy equipment to start clearing the FWR property for the open pit and upgrader. They have done the math and know that they can lower their costs with a backhaul. I understand that not all the SPQ ferrochrome needs upgrading.

I speculate that after all that effort, they would not be willing to allow another player (SPQ) provide the ferrochrome backhaul ... and beat them to market.

How much is SPQ worth under those condtions?
