KWG could have made a direct friendly deal with Cliffs (¬20% of the votes), and forgot about SPQ. SPQ would have been put 'on the corner' with a minority share in BD, and slowly die with it for years. Frank save Neil's **s and Spider's sharoholders also. as we witness now.

I'm quite amazed of KWG reaction. I think that Cliffs was in very good position to squeeze Spider, and give KWG's shareholders a good deal. But they needed the collaboration of KWG's BoD to do so, like they had it from Mac Watson and its board in the FWR deal. Obviously, the recipe didn't work for Cliffs this time, Frank Smeenk stayed cold at them. Why? Post-merger interviews of the key players would be interesting to listen to... History will tell.

The Geo and Attorney friends (are they?) merit our full support right now, and during the many developments to come. Mister Smeenk responded in a vaillant and epic manner...

But sure this story is only beginning...We can't even sneak to the last page to see the end...
