As part of the amalgamation, the new spq kwg corporation can easily be (after debuts is distributed) 1 share of the new for 5 of the old. I would go for that. It would serve to shrink the float and given that we were thrown a bone(debut) I could live with that.

I have been a proponent of this type of merger for months. it just seemed so logical given their history of joint ventures and co-oporative projects. Bravo.

What is missing from this news release no mention of CANADA CHROME,

If I read this release properly Debut is leaving some of its diamond assets with the new company?? Whats up with that?
