I think you'll find there are a couple more chairs at the table. It may not appear that Neil has much of a bargaining position but together I believe they do.

Also Cynthia Thomas the new Board member at KWG brings with her new contacts and just the kind of expertise they need at the table.

I'm not suggesting Cliffs was stupid or negligent but sometimes we like to count the chickens early and this may just be the one that got away.
