For what it's worth, I've backed Neil and most of the BOD since I started investing in Spider Resources, and I continue to back them now. I didn't vote carte blanche for the all BOD members, but that's my business.
On the topic of communications, specifically communications (April 2009 to present date) from Spider Resources to its investors, a quick perusal of SEDAR shows 34 filings, 14 of which are news releases. Over two pieces of communication per month. So how many should Neil and his BOD have issued? Just wondering. Everything I've read is exactly the same stuff other companies routinely issue.
My final thought on the shareholders speaking against the RS. 71 million voted NO. 117 million shares voted YES. Yes, the shareholders voted. But to my mathematically challenged mind, it seems that the RS voting says something different than NO.
In the context of this vote, many shareholders voicing their thoughts on this AG board are hoping that Neil and the BOD will now be more creative. How they can escapes me. With just $5 million (my guess) in the bank, 471+ million outstanding shares, optics that are far from favorable, and two JV partners who can put Spider Resources back to the wall should they want to finance more drilling, I think Neil's got a huge challenge.
Who's going to invest?
