Thank you khareema. I was aware of the nature of the R/S proposal I stated earlier at I had supported it with some reservation. I voted "yes". I was merely trying to suggest there is more than one joker in this deck of cards. This offer may have come today regardless of the R/S vote, or maybe it would have come after Neil in good conscience had exercised the split. It is all hindsight now. Neil has certainly not had a strong hand to play and I recognize that.

We'll see tomorrow if this puts the other ROF companies in play and starts a bit of a bidding war. It would be nice to have at least one more interested party to help raise the price. Interesting times. Since I'm still a shareholder I certainly wish Neil every success in his negotiations
