Cylinder...for these very reasons that you have given, plus, the lack of information to support the RS from NN, is why I have voted NO.

I feel that it is NN and the BOD's job to keep us FULLY informed as to why they want us to vote in favour of the RS, and they have not done this. They have not proven to me that it will be beneficial to the shareholders. I read that we should talk to NN, but, does every shareholder have to call him to try and get the information that should be readily available for us all, so we all get the same story, at the same time, and then, we can make an educated decision?
