GeeGee I talked to Neil for over an hour on the phone and he gave me no reason to give him a blank check. He was worried about a hostle takeover but is that really a bad thing for shareholders if we get a fair offer?

I also talked to Mr Roberts a former Board member who was against the R/S he was more convincing than Neil was. SPQ does not need the R/S to raise capital so what is it for? Even if SPQ did need to raise capital Mr Roberts said that they would have no problem doing so at the present time.

There are way to many question for me to follow blindly. I trusted Mac with FWR and recieved a 5 bagger only to be told weeks later by CLF that it should of been a 20 bagger. It's not that I didn't make money the point is it was rubbed in my face about how easily I was taken. Trust has to be earned I will not take the line oh its in our best interest just trust me.

If a R/S is needed a special meeting can be called for at anytime and I would vote for a R/S if convincing reasons could be given to me. Neil has not convinced me nor anyone I know personally so 933,000 for the NO vote.
