I am typically a reader and NOT a poster on these boards, but I feel strongly about the issue that is before us.
Anyone who has been around the Venture exchange for a while may remember a company called Tahera Diamond Corp TAH.V. The CEO was Peter Gillin! What a joke that company turned out to be!! They consolidated their shares and never recovered. They went all the way down to a CCAA filing and eventual delisting..... That was a very valuable/expensive lesson for investors such as myself. Granted, their situation MAY HAVE BEEN very different than our SPQ, but still - once bitten, twice shy.
I voted NO the last time SPQ tried for a RS as well. Of course, everyone has to make their own decision, but remember it has been said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result!
I think with the current position of the ROF and specifically SPQ, it is not necessary to go for the RS at this time. Given more data and the right timing, it might make sense sometime down the road, but NOT NOW.
Just my thoughts,
