Iam long time Shareholder....Presently on vacation, and not able to follow info put out very closley...But my thoughts are that unless A press release giving SPecific ways the R/S will be of benefit to The smaller Retail Shareholders, Why Give the BOD Power that very well could Lower each of Our PORTFOLIO's values?? I Voted NO.
