I'm still of the mind that this is just like the global financial issue. they have managed the shares poorly and now I'm expected to take a loss on my shares and their main goal..... is to then take their new position and dilute themselves once again to gain financing. Where is my benefit in that?????

Why not just invite Cliffs to make an offer and give me X amount of shares for mine and then I'll decide!!!!!
