Just had a very nice talk with Neil Novak and he answered all my concerns.

I am now voting for the reverse split.

I have had faith in him for 11 years, why quit now!

After much reflection I came to the conclusion, if he was going to pull a EZM or FWR we would be screwed no matter how we voted.

I now urge all the people I have gotten involved in SPQ to give Neil a vote of confidence.

SPQ will be the operator again Jan. 1 2011 if we are still around.
