I shall repeat my theory once more;

1) Hostile bid

2)Shareholder Rights plan activated

3)Everyone except Hostile Bidder gets double number of shares

4)BOD has power to perform Reverse Split and does so at 2 to 1

5)All shareholders except Hostile Party end up with same number of shares

Go ahead, give me lots of negative votes, just like before CLF/FWR takeover, when my opinion that 4 NOT shares were worth 1 FWR share was so unpopular that they knocked me down from President to Vice-president.
