Here's my opinion. You decide for yourself.

The "powers that be" want retail to go away. They want retail to panick and vote for the RS.

Despite the fact that this NR is very good news, the SP will not move up significantly until the players emerge from behind the curtail. That will only happen if they are forced out.

It has become obvious the Big Daddy's metallurgical grade product which requires little or no beneficiation, is the key to a much faster ROI for Cliffs, and will ensure capital financing of the plant and railway on this project.

Freewest had no chance once NOT caved, and retail had no chance against CLIFF's, the insitutions and it's management. Same for SPQ.

It looks like retail is not organizing to fight the RS. SPQ is organizing to sell the RS through Laura Hill. Retail will be bamboozled out of this deal.

There is no way I would vote for a RS.
