It seems mind boggling that a person educated in North America, could construct a letter that is this incomprehensible.

Assuming he uses a computer, one would think he could at least enable his spell checker. My 10 year old niece uses better sentence structure and I'm sure she could compose a more coherent letter. If I remember correctly there was a similar letter written during the FWR effort that was similarly senseless.

The thing that is even scarier is the number of people who want this guy to represent their interests.
