R/S Without a 43 101 ???

I am a Long time shareholder.... at this point in time, Without a Look at the 43 101, I am OPPOSED to any kind of a R/S. period.

However,I would keep an open mind RE: the R/S, Given information from a RELIABLE SOURCE, as to WHY, a R/S would be in MINE and OTHER RETAIL shareholders BEST interest!!!
