I think the more important factor in the decision making might not be the size/percentage of the ore body, but how deep they have to dig before they get to something worth processing. They have already said that they are looking to do open pit mining.
However, if the 32% ore from Black Thor is 300m below the surface, it might as well be a mile. That would be a monumental uncovering operation and would like take a couple of years just to get to the ore. The same holds true for any mine. If you are boring into pure chrome, but it is 2 miles below the surface, you will spend less money mining asteroids.
We really can't make any decisions until the 43-101 is released. If it isn't released before the AGM, I would think that something stinks, and my shares will be voting on that information only.
