Hey Joe: I see both sides of the argument but can't seem to make a decision on this one. In the past I've left money on the table because of the RS and I don't trust any BOD when it comes to money in their pocket vs the best thing for the company and shareholders. Not mant as a dis to NN or the insiders but...So, i wonder, can we post the pros and cons for the RS and why it would be better at 5:1. Maybe that way we could inform the retailers and shorts of the advantages and disadvantages of the RS.

Only an informed SH can make a decision. If they don't know they won't vote. Lets stir the pot a bit (with accurate detailed info) so we can go to the BOD with our votes. Either way I'm holding.
