My belief is if the BOD wants this RS to take place they will get it. No effort by the little shareholders is going to stop them. It may have worked once, but the playing field has changed tremendously. Not to mention many, MANY shares have traded into bigger hands over the last couple months. This is all leading towards an end goal, we have the goods and big fish will want them in due time.
