Keep in mind Canada Chrome. How will that be distributed among share holders? Will they go public with Canada Chrome and open with 500mm shares? Of course not.

It would not surprise me if Frank and perhaps even Neil know that Canada Chrome wil go public and it will cost so many shares of KWG for one of Canada Chrome. It can't be any other way. So this may be KWG's way of doing an R/S. Also Smeenk is on record of wanting t give Debut to the share holders. How many shares for one of Debut?

IMHO too many shares make things difficult all around. One of the first things anyone looks for in a play is shares out. The shares out on these two plays don't even fit in some calculators so I relish getting rid of some.
