If we use the FWR deal as the basis, $0.50+ is not out of reach(some would consider that low).

actually, if we use the FWR deal as the basis, we'll be lucky to see 20 cents as the offer. However, this time I suspect that the shareholders will be better prepared to hold out and wait for a better deal.
