Anyway, my thought to your question is that Cliffs should not get prior warning or details of the resource report. That would be considered insider privilege, but I would imagine these things have a way of seeping out.

I think they will be reading the numbers the same time the rest of the world does, when it is in a formal release.

Who knows for certain - but that's my hope.
