According to insider transaction yesterday from KWG pp should be today closed. Actually pp is already done and waiting to be released. What is good that all warrants were exercised at 15 cents and that is very important sign for things to come. I don't know if pp coud be realeased together with Ni 43-101 report or it must be some time between pp and the next news.

Yesterday somebody wants to hold SPQ under 14 cents? And the Question is why, if ther will be some take over offer in making? We should see. Anyway KWG insider transaction are very good sign for 43-101 report. After report is released or before SPQ can break out to upside above 20 cents. Of course take over offer changes the situation. Anyway, it should be great week even with yesterday down day. Of course all IMHO...
