Thanks for the link.

Good to see that they are looking at the environmental side of things, but I think they might be brushing off the severity a bit.

Also nice to see that they found a viable route for the rail, but it is still not going to be easy, and they will still have to get all the necessary rights and waivers in place. But, at least they are not starting at square one.
