Just a suggestion.

Your appraisal of this story may in fact be correct. Might I suggest that you write your commentary before pasting in the link. Then everyone should understand your reasons for doing so. Clearly South Africa has chromite and is supplying some of the present market needs. Any disruption there would have worldwide implications.
