I don't think the retail investor will have a hope in hell of ever retrieving any lost capital stemming from this issue.
The boys that uncovered this whole thing kept logs of each and every questionable post before the site was 'closed for upgrading'.
In my opinion there is enough to put a nail in the agoracom coffin, but it is going to take a long time.
We have time to research other sites, I think it might be best to do so.
I feel for anyone that lost money due to these games, but it would be terribly difficult to make a case.
I am done on the topic, said what I needed to, I think the entire thing stinks, but I am not without experience in this kind of thing. I worked for a hedge fund for 5 yrs...I am very aware of what kind of antics can be drummed up over a few scotch.
