Rather disappointing budget by the Toronto Premier. Wow .02 rebate that still leaves this region (NWO) subsidizing Toronto's electricity by about 92%. In other words no smelter for NWO say hello Manitoba or Quebec.

Tossed a bone that was a little ripe but hey I guess we were expecting a little to much from the Toronto Premier.

No matter private venture capital is always preferable to government capital with strings.
